How to Choose Summit Courses
This page is for students who are currently Summit Trail students and returning the following year.
Process:
- Current Students - sign-in to PowerSchool: https://ps.rockyview.ab.ca/public/home.html
- Select: Class Registration
- Start at the top and work down.
ELA, Math, Social, Science, Synchronous Options, Asynchronous Options, PE& Calm.
Asynchronous Courses (self-directed)
The core subjects are all synchronous and some Option courses may be asynchronous.
If you have a unique situation and are requesting asynchronous core classes (ELA, Math, Sci, Soc), please schedule a time with the guidance counsellor to choose your courses.
Course selection closes May 1st, 2024
If a course is greyed out, that means you don’t have the needed pre-requisites to take the course. Many of our students have unique schedules, so do your best to choose what you need. Once the selections are in, you will be able to meet with the guidance counsellor after April 29th, if there are changes or questions.
