Payment
All payments are made available to parents using SchoolCash Online. Cash payments will only be accepted by your school office staff with parents present. Invoices for fees will be electronically distributed.
Waivers & Refunds
Every school has a waiver and refund process. Upon receipt by the school principal of Form_AF5105-A_Waiver_Application parents of students who provide a copy of Goods and Services Tax (GST) credit notice with the names of dependent children listed, will qualify to have their fees waived. Waiver is applicable only to School Established Optional Course Fees. The deadline for submission of Form AF5105 Waiver Application to the school principal is June 30th of the current school year. School principals are responsible for the establishment of a refund procedure for students who are enrolled for a portion of the school year.

Our goal is only to have fees based on items and services a student may need, not mandatory fees for yearly enrollment. These fees are maximum amounts, not base amounts. For example, we do not presently have a yearbook but may in the future. Therefore no fee would be levied this year. Students are responsible for purchasing their items for Option courses. For example, if the student chooses Foods 10, the student is responsible for buying the items required for the cooking task. The school does not provide consumable items.
