Transfer to Summit: Procedure between September 2 to March 30
- Talk to your current school admin about the transfer.
- Complete the AF305 A Out Of Attendance Area Application- have admin sign.
- Send the form to summittrails@rockyview.ab.ca
- Summit Trails will be in touch with you.
Transfer To Summit: Procedure between April 1st to September 1st
To transfer to Summit Trails between April 1st to September 1st for the following year:
Interested students and families can either contact Summit Trails directly or go to SchoolEngage to complete an online transfer form. The earlier you transfer the more likely of getting the courses you need for next year.
Once New Enrollment or Transfer is Complete
Once you have confirmed your registration:
- Open Course Guide
- Complete 2024-2025 Course Request Form
- Book an appointment with Guidance Counsellor (see below)
Course Requests could take up to 3 days to process based on time of year.
We will confirm your course selection through email or a virtual meeting request. You can also request a meeting during open school hours. During the summer, the selection of courses for new enrollment will be looked at during the last week of August (one week before the start of school).
